• AUTHOR: Craig McLachlan has seen more of Japan than just about anyone! He’s walked the 3200km length of the country; summited all 21 of its 3000m peaks; and hiked the 1400km route around the 88 Sacred Temples of Shikoku. He’s written several books about all this as well as apps on New Zealand and the Cook Islands for TouchScreenTravels. Craig also loves to sit in the sauna at his local sentō (bath-house) in Osaka watching the sumō on TV with neighbourhood buddies... The best bouts are on between 5 and 6pm!
