当我们在记笔记的时候，每一个段的内容都应该是一个可执行的项目，都是一个 TODO，可以更好的让我们整理思路和内容，因此 Note2Do 就是希望把记录的笔记内容变为可以完成的 TODO 内容。
在记录笔记的时候，可以使用 # 标签来标记一个 TODO，这个标签后面的所有段落的内容都是一个子 TODO 内容，针对不同的一级 TODO 添加子 TODO 可以更好的管理我们要做的事情的分级。
