街舞是起源于美国，基于不同的街头文化或音乐风格而产生的多个不同种类的舞蹈的统称，最早的街舞舞种为Locking，起源于20世纪六十年代。
街舞动作是由各种走、跑、跳组合而成，并通过头、颈、肩、上肢、躯干等关节的屈伸、转动、绕环、摆振、波浪形扭动等连贯组合而成的，各个动作都有其特定的健身效果，既注意了上肢与下肢、腹部与背部、头部与躯干动作的协调，又注意了组成各环节各部分独立运动。
街舞使人注意力集中，能培养一个人的意志力，也可使大脑想念力，创造力发挥到极致。
街舞的动作优美随意，最吸引人之处是以全身的活力带来热情澎湃的感觉，经常练习还可增强全身协调性。
街舞属一种中低强度的有氧运动，有一定的瘦身功效，一个小时运动后消耗全身脂肪的作用。
我们提供街舞教学讲解、街舞教学视频，为学街舞者提供hiphop、poppin、breaking、locking、jazz和house等街舞教程，期待更多街舞少年的英姿出现，形成中国独特的文化风景！}
