Loses connection every single time I use it. There is nothing wrong with my wifi. Don’t waste your money, there a far better products on the market. Avoid!!! If there was a minus star I’d use it!

This product is trash. Can’t keep it connected to WiFi even w a Ethernet cord . Buyer beware It just won’t stay connected .

Originally purchased this camera to keep an eye on our cat and cat sitter while away. It was very easy to install and set up... at first. The picture and sound was not great but I could see the shapes well enough to pass. Eventually the camera was unplugged for a while, until my poor cat got sick. I plugged it in and redownloaded the app on a new phone. Now there’s four options to connect, and zero of them work. Nothing has changed on my end besides installing the updated app. Garbage service and garbage product. If you see this review before your Amazon return window runs out, RETURN IT! For your own sanity!

Normally you will receive motion detection notification on your phone, but that is not working anymore

The quality of customer service for this app is atrocious. I was able to get set up the first time with no issues. When I had to reinstall due to a phone replacement, I couldn’t reset my password and I still have no access to my camera. I have tried to message twice now with no response.

The app works great and is amazing! Tho yesterday my alarm notification stopped working... I have no clue how to contact anyone, so a page for contacting the app maker would be handy.. i still need help...

When installing, the app says you must allow it to see your location or it won’t work. I didn’t allow it to know my location and it works fine. It also asked for permission to connect to all other devices on my network, which I denied, and the app still works fine. As a camera for my lizard enclosure, it works great. For any situation where it would overhear or see personal information I would be very skeptical. If the developer would like to comment on this post, I would like to know why the app wants so many permissions it doesn’t need to function correctly? It looks like the app is trying to gather data that isn’t necessary for it to function correctly.

I tried the sound connection numerous times. The camera verbally tells me I’m connected to the internet but the configuration on the app won’t successfully finish. Now I have to return this because I can’t get it to set up. Waste of time and money

Camera only works if you are connected to the hotspot. So as soon as you leave the camera is no longer working or showing up as connected on your mobile device. How do I get a refund?
