I’ve used this app for 2 years to handle business needs and I must say it’s honestly HORRIBLE. I’ve used it on Samsung and apple devices and on both operating systems you have to force close or even completely delete and redownload the app to get anything done.

Zendesk dev team, why did you guys redesign the app and make it so bad? The image attachments don’t load inline anymore the history doesn’t show in threaded view like it used to. I swipe around and get pushed between tickets too easily. Please please consider reverting to the old UI. This is so much harder to follow now.

I use Zendesk and the app daily. However I find the app to be buggy and lacking major features and functionality. Mainly : 1. Can’t use html macros 2. Can’t forward tickets 3. Can’t open links in follow-up tickets

Using this app for the past few months, can’t complain about much, besides 2 features i would like to be added: 1. Like the web interface, on the app the user should be able to see if another agent is also viewing the ticket/editing it. 2. Like web interface, every ticket from a customer should have their past tickets as reference for customer context panel.

Where did the button for side conversations go? Edit: I figured it out on my own. If you’re having an issue with seeing side conversations, click into your settings and toggle the 'New Agent Experience' button.

I only use the application for notifications. Searching in it and working with tickets has a terribly confusing GUI.

The app is very limited, and quirky. Don’t waste your time, use the web site instead. Can’t create side conversations, only respond to existing ones, and can’t upload more than one file to a ticket at a time.
