you guys are not serious with business, despite the fact that your rides are very expensive, your new app never suggest any driver it will roll for hours and nothing. the old app was better

cool and classy rides experience . but the payment mode for new user should be better set up/ simplify as two elderly people I recently helped download lagride app. for have not been able to use it again. because of outstanding payment still showing. one of them said he didn't understand the payment process and had to just paydriver directly. but it's still showing pending payment. Also, booking a ride for others is difficult to navigate.. I haven't been able to do that yet.

Riders ignore requests because they are checking the amount with other cab hailing apps. Then they take passengers on the other apps leaving us stranded.

My experience using this ride-hailing App was extremely devastating considering what data was collected by the developer, privacy policy and the driver's misconduct and my wallet balance of 100k was also drained off.

this is my favorite cab service, cabs always clean, drivers knowledgeable & polite BUT the inability to get cabs is very vexing & tiring!

My money on the old app has not been credited to my new app. who will help us on this issue

Pending funds in customer's old wallet account should be credited into their new account since the same mobile number is in use. Please work on that if you want your old customers back. Probably, send them a Text or WhatsApp message informing them of the development if you want them back.
