The game is based on years of research and experience into the science of literacy. Feed the monster was funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the EduApp4Syria-competition. The original Arabic app was developed as a joint venture between Apps Factory, CET – The Center for Educational Technology, and IRC – The International Rescue Committee.
