Edit: Tried downloading again, and it refuses to send code to my email so I can "login". When I tried to navigate without also encountered errors & refusal to load. App has very noticeable delays between when placing the order and the store receiving. Been told several times "we just got your order, it will take 10min to make". App also has a glitch were old deals will still show up (Cravable section is available for me).

ordered delivery through the app and I guess the store was closed. I was denied a refund and magically the order is now gone from the app meanwhile I'm stuck with a $90 bill waiting to hear back from my bank to file a chargeback.

Can't select a location. I give it permission to access my location and it just loads forever. When I manually select or enter my location it only shows 1 of 2 taco bell locations in my area and when you select it, the app reloads and loses everything you've done. Additionally if you do manage to make it to the menu it doesn't show the prices for anything which defeats half the purpose of having a menu

I can't access the menu. It sort of defeats the purpose of a restaurant application if I can't access the menu.

Food was great, service was a tragedy, and I hate myself a little bit more now. Exactly the Taco Bell experience I paid for. 10/10

have been ordering atleast twice a week for the past 6years now unfortunately I'll nolonger be ordering ever again I've tried ordering over 18times in the past week and everytime I get an error I've Uninstalled and reinstalled even created a new account tried everything I could think of and nothing will work so im just done imma find me a new place to get my take-out

your app is garbage. anything I click on takes me back to the main menu. literally useless. uninstalled, never to be installed again.

Deals are nice. This gave my driver the entirely wrong address for the store, and by the time we both realized, we couldn't cancel the order, and the time it would take him to drive to the store (30 min) it would have been closed. I placed my order an hour before close. No way for me nor the driver to cancel the order in-app.
