पवित्र कुरआन के अंतिम भाग से ये 4 क़ुल्स छोटे सूरह हैं। वे मुस्लिमों द्वारा दिल से जाना जाता है क्योंकि वे इस्लाम में दैनिक प्रार्थना के एक रूप नमाज़ (सलात) को याद करने के लिए कम और आसान हैं और पढ़े जाते हैं।
इसके अलावा, यह 4 पैगंबर सुनाने के लिए पैगंबर की सुन्नत थी, सुन्नत का पालन करना अल्लाह की आज्ञाओं का पालन करना है जैसा कि हजरत आयशा (आरए) ने एक स्थान पर कहा था:
"सोने से पहले पैगंबर मुहम्मद (PBUH) कुरान के अंतिम तीन सूरह का पाठ करेंगे और फिर उसे अपने हाथों से उड़ाएंगे और फिर उसके शरीर पर हाथ पोंछेंगे।" [बुखारी]
पवित्र क़ुरआन में चार क़ुल शरीफ़ हैं, ये चार क़ुल सुरा हमारे चारों ओर के सभी दुराचारियों से हमें बचाने के उद्देश्य से काम करते हैं।
1. Surah 109 - Kafirun (The Disbelievers)
2. Surah 112 - Ikhlas (The Purity)
3. Surah 113 - Falaq (The Daybreak)
4. Surah 114 - Nas (The Mankind)
There are enarmous numbers of Hadees describing about the blessings of 4 QUL. 4 QuL consits of "Surah Kafroon", "Surah AKhlas', "Surah Falaq" and "Surah Nas".
According to one Hadees recition of one surah frome these four is equal to reciting one quarter of Holy Quran so if some one recites these 4 surahs he/she will be granted reward of reciting the whole Quran.
