Sometimes a piece of wood, sometimes a shuriken, sometimes a homing rocket.
An army of rats is trying to capture you and make you do their bidding.
You play the role of a rather special weapon.
You can evolve by merging with a similar weapon.
Use this special ability to eliminate the waves of rats and survive as long as possible.
Like any self-respecting great power, you have a weakness: when you attack, you lose power.
Flee or attack will be the dilemma in every game.
Some will see Rattato as a rogue-like game, others as a rogue-lite game, and still others as a simple game where you have to score the highest possible score.
But one thing is certain.
Everyone has fun blowing up invading rats.
