Track your pain and manage your health effectively with our comprehensive pain journal app. Designed to support individuals dealing with chronic pain, migraines, and other conditions, this app allows you to record, track, and analyze your pain to gain deeper insights into its triggers, patterns, and treatments. The core functionality of the app focuses on pain details, enabling you to assess and record your pain intensity on a scale from 0 to 10. Additionally, the app features a specific scale for documenting the maximum pain peak of the day. To pinpoint the affected areas, an interactive body diagram allows you to tap on the regions where you experience pain. The app also provides various options for specifying the type of pain you’re experiencing, such as sharp, pulsating, burning, dull, electric, or cramping. This helps in creating a detailed pain profile that can be shared with healthcare providers. Understanding the factors that contribute to your pain is crucial. The app tracks external triggers like weather conditions, including temperature and humidity, automatically based on your location. This helps identify how environmental factors might affect your pain levels. Additionally, the app allows you to log your nutrition, sleep duration, and sleep quality. This feature helps uncover any links between your lifestyle habits and pain, offering you a more complete picture of your health. Managing your treatment and medications is easier than ever with the medication and therapy tracking features. You can log medications by specifying the dosage, such as "400mg" or "1 tablet," through a simple dropdown menu. The app also provides an input field for documenting therapy methods. After each treatment, you can assess its effectiveness by selecting whether the intervention helped, making it easier to track the progress and success of your treatments. Pain can often be influenced by emotional and psychological factors. That’s why this app includes features for tracking your stress levels and mood. Using a scale from "relaxed" to "overwhelmed," you can record your stress levels and quickly select your current mood using emojis. This allows you to gain a better understanding of how your emotional state might impact your pain levels. The app goes beyond basic tracking with its additional features. You can upload photos of any visible symptoms, such as swelling or redness, and add custom captions. This is particularly useful for conditions like arthritis. The app also utilizes AI technology to analyze your entries and provide insights into the relationships between your symptoms, triggers, and relief measures. The AI further analyzes your nutrition to identify which foods may be contributing to or alleviating your pain. For users who require more detailed tracking, the app allows for the creation of custom fields, providing a tailored experience for individual needs. Medical reports can also be uploaded, and specific pain types can be excluded from the AI analysis for more accurate insights. The app ensures data security with backup and restore functionality, preventing data loss. Finally, the app enables you to export your data for doctor visits or personal records. You can save your pain journal as a PDF, print it, or share it, making it easier to communicate with healthcare professionals about your pain management. This app is the ultimate pain journal and pain management tool, offering everything you need to track your pain, understand its causes, and improve your overall health. Whether you’re tracking chronic pain, migraines, or medication effectiveness, this app provides valuable insights to help you manage your condition more effectively.}

Great app, but if you want to track pain for your family members, it would be great to have an option of additional profiles.

Love the interface. Gets left and right pain locations mixed up. Drifts unexpectedly into German. The app needs work.

overcomplicated. I've logged several times, but must not have hit the final "add" button, so the info is just gone. it should save any changes automatically, or prompt you. this makes it useless to me.

The free version is wonderful! This is a great app for logging pain, type, stress, medications, intensity and notes.. It's perfect for my needs since I just got a nerve block and need to track my pain. Found this app through the food log which is also wonderful.

It works fine to track pain, but it seems a little tone-deaf to have a pop-up notifying you that "you have a streak! Two days in a row! Go you!" And then to click the pop-up away the button says "I'll keep going!" Like, I'd rather not build a streak, yaknow? The longer the streak, the more often I'm in pain. So yeah, lil tone-deaf. edit: a day after I posted this they made the streak thing optional, and for me it was automatically turned off which is great!

I like the app and analysis because it puts things into perspective based on food exercise menstrual cycle etc. Unfortunately when you press on a body part it also selects the area on the opposite side which makes the analysis a little pointless. For example, If I press back and click on lower back then it also selects my abdomen in the front suggesting I have digestive issues but only my back hurts not my stomach.

back is not abdomen on the app. I have back pain and it will only record as abdominal.

Ohne Mos, nix los. Leider kann man diese "Pro" Feature nicht testen. Und eine Katze im Sack werd ich nicht kaufen.
