In Warforged: Battle & Forge, you command and lead a medieval fighting force in a fast, side-scrolling real-time strategy game. Build your army from the ground up, choose the gear that defines each soldier, and take on human opponents in tense online battles where timing and placement decide everything. Win battles to expand your collection of equipment, train stronger armies, and climb the global ladder.
Strategic 2D Army Battles
Every match starts in the barracks. Field a squad of five soldiers, each equipped with a weapon, armor, and shield of your choice. Positioning, formation, and timing determine success. Anchor your line with defenders, cover lanes with shield bearers, and send agile strikers to exploit openings. Reading the flow of combat and reacting at the right moment separates victory from defeat. The right mix of durability, damage, and mobility will decide who holds their ground.
Equip and Optimize
There is no blacksmithing here—you do not craft weapons, you earn them. Gear is acquired from loot chests, milestones, the in-game store, and special objectives. Assign each weapon, armor, and shield to your soldiers and find the setup that fits your tactics. Swap gear freely between matches, experiment with builds, and refine your lineup to perfection. Duplicate items allow multiple soldiers to use the same equipment when you own more than one copy. Testing combinations and learning matchups is how your army evolves from scrappy to superb.
Castle Sieges
The battlefield stretches from your castle gates to the enemy stronghold. Waves of soldiers clash in kinetic, side-scrolling combat where every strike and shield block matters. Protect your base while pushing the attack on your opponent’s. A bold offensive might break through, but overextending can leave your own walls exposed. Awareness, timing, and smart reinforcement are the tools of victory.
Online Duels
Face real opponents in competitive battles that reward both quick thinking and long-term planning. No two armies are alike. Adapt to your enemy’s setup, bait out their responses, and counterattack with precision. Each victory earns rank points, resources, and rare loot. Progression and Training
