The intelligent hvv route planner is your navigation system for Hamburg's public transport and shows you the relevant travel information for your route in real-time. In addition, you can add another stopover to your route. Is your bus or train delayed? Or is another route faster than the train? With the hvv route planner, you always have the latest travel advice at your fingertips and reach your destination even faster.
BUY A MOBILE TICKET 🎟️
As soon as you know where you want to go, all you need is the right public transport ticket. From single tickets to group tickets - you can find many tickets in the hvv app and conveniently buy them on the go as mobile tickets.
7 % DISCOUNTS ON MOBILE TICKETS💰
Pay for your public transport tickets online via PayPal, SEPA direct debit or credit card and save 7% compared to buying them at a ticket machine or on the bus. Weekly and monthly tickets and the Hamburg CARD are excluded. The displayed price of the ticket already includes the discount.
BOOKMARK DESTINATIONS & LINES⭐
For even more convenience, you can save stops and addresses as favourites. You can also save frequently used locations, such as work or home, to navigate to them with one click from the home screen. This saves you time when planning your route and makes it even easier to start your journey.
DEPARTURES NEAR YOU🚏
You know where to go? We'll show you when to go! The hvv app shows you the departures of all lines at the stops in your area. Just swipe down on the home screen of the app and find out about current departures. This way, you can easily see when you have to hop on and save yourself the search for connections. Always be up to date in public transport.
ENABLE CONTACTS & SHARE CONNECTIONS📲
Enable your contacts in the app and select your destination in the route planner directly from your address book. Share your connection if needed or add it to your calendar.
TRAVEL INFO & DISRUPTION MESSAGES⚠️
Always stay up to date. All messages for your favourite lines are clearly displayed under "Messages". In addition, you can create alarms for lines, weekdays and time periods and be warned of disruptions via push messages.
