With hvv switch you can use public transport, car sharing, e-scooters and ride sharing – all with just one account.
Find your perfect connection by bus 🚍, train 🚆 or ferry ⛴️ – including the right hvv ticket. For regular journeys in Hamburg and across Germany, the hvv Deutschlandticket is available directly in the app 🎫.
Alternatively, you can rent a car 🚘 from Free2move, SIXT share, MILES or Cambio, book a MOIA shuttle 🚌, or explore Hamburg flexibly with a Voi e-scooter 🛴.

Register once, use it all: With hvv switch you can buy hvv tickets and book Free2move, SIXT share, MILES, Cambio, MOIA and Voi – all with just one account. Stay flexible: public transport, shuttle, e-scooter or car sharing – simply use whatever suits your needs.
hvv Deutschlandticket
With just a few clicks you can buy the hvv Deutschlandticket and start your journey straight away. The hvv Deutschlandticket gives you access to all public transport in Germany, including regional services. If you live in Hamburg, you only pay for the days you use in the first month. You can manage your contract directly in the app.
Order a mobile ticket
Whether it’s a short journey, single ticket or day pass – the app automatically suggests the right ticket for your trip. Save 7% on most tickets when you buy in the app and pay securely via PayPal, SEPA or credit card. Your ticket is available instantly and can also be added to your wallet.
New: Set your most-used ticket as a favourite and access it quickly from the home screen via widget. You can also buy tickets for accompanying passengers. Tip: The hvv group ticket pays off from as little as 3 people.
Timetable
Know your destination but not the route? Then use the hvv route planner. Find the best connection by bus, train or ferry. Save, share, bookmark your route, check departures, see disruptions as well as real-time bus positions, and stay updated via push notifications! New: The timetable now suggests the right ticket for each connection. You can save your favourite destinations and access them from the home screen.
Car sharing with Free2move, SIXT share, MILES & Cambio
With Free2move, SIXT share and MILES you’ll always find the right car near you. MILES charges by the kilometre, while SIXT share and Free2move charge by the minute. Cambio is still in the open test phase and offers pricing based on time and distance, depending on vehicle type and tariff. You can do everything with your hvv switch account: validate your driving licence, make bookings and receive invoices.
E-Scooters by Voi
For even more mobility you can also rent e-scooters from Voi. Our app shows you all available scooters nearby, making it easy to find one. Just grab an e-scooter and unlock it with just a few clicks.
MOIA-Shuttle
With MOIA’s electric fleet, you can reach your destination in an eco-friendly way. Share your ride with up to 6 people and save money! Simply book your trip, hop on the shuttle, and pick up or drop off passengers along the way. The app now features express rides, a detailed price overview, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

Big changes to your hvv switch app! Discover the new home screen, which you can easily customize to suit your needs. The app menu has also been completely redesigned and is now much clearer. Now available: hvv connection information automatically suggests suitable tickets for your journey that you can purchase directly. What's more, all hvv tickets are now available in the app! This version contains a bug fix for entering a destination in the connection search.
