How to collect points:
You collect Plus points with sporting activities, everyday exercise, preventive health measures, memberships and your loyalty, as well as seasonal and diverse challenges and quizzes. Connect your fitness tracker or Google Fit directly to Helsana+ or share your location to use “Walk the Helsana trails”. It makes it even easier to collect Plus points.
How to redeem points:
