Third Class App. Don't ever download it in your life, you'll regret it for sure. The app seems fraud because I've paid ₹107 for physical prepaid card (CRUT Odisha version) but they just kept the money and didn't deliver the physical card to my home address, it's been months now. I've raised multiple tickets but no use, they simply close the ticket after 1 week. Also, I wrote to Card 91 the facilitator but no use. So, please don't download and waste your time. ₹107 gone into waste.

Full KyC isn't working.. It says error when clicked.. Rectify it please October 1st, 2025 Still the ful kyc link in the App isn't working.. Edit : 14th October, 2025 After making several complaints to customer care and bank and also here in Playstore.. Still problem persists after so many months.. Pathetic Bank - Dear Brother's and Sister's pls do not use Indian Bank services.. The most pathetic Bank on Planet Earth.. Even the Bank manager does not work !!

There is not any option to update mobile number in the app.
