iVue allows patients to view, share and store radiology images.

The South Coast Radiology Patient App is used by patients to securely access images of scans performed at a South Coast Radiology practice and to also request appointments. After your appointment, you will receive an SMS text message asking you to activate your account. Tap on the link in the SMS and follow the account activation process. Once activated, you can securely access all of your images through the iVue App. Please Note: Your images will reach your account 7 days after your appointment. You do not need to register your device or set up your pin again if you have another study performed at South Coast Radiology. The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment. If you need assistance with the South Coast Radiology iVue Patient App, please email ivuesupport@scr.com.au with a description of the problem. Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always discuss your results with your doctor.}

Can't log in. had an account for a while but EVERYTIME I try to log in to view current or old scans it tells me the password is wrong. update the password and it won't log in, says the password is wrong or the account is locked. this app has been far more trouble and time consuming than it is worth. SCR are great but this app makes me want to look elsewhere to get my scans done

cannot access my account. Have changed password multiple times and makes no difference. phone and email have not changed.

This app is great if it lets you in but I keep being told my password is wrong and it's offline even if I do get in so I literally download every report I can when I do get in .I don't know what's going on with it .

This app consistently won't let me get into it. It keeps telling me that my password is wrong. I have changed it so many times through your "forgot password" process and it won't even acknowledge my new passwords each time I have tried over time. A solution would be great, thank you.

I just can't access the MRI results. Either password or mobile phone or email is incorrect. I think I'll have to delete the app. Don't have this problem accessing QLD XRay and scan reports.

I haven't been able to access my scans for around a month now. It's very frustrating, especially since it was so helpful to have when when it did work.

The app was fantastic when I first used it. However I can't say that now. As I am under a Neuro team my scans are important to me. These are showing as offline and unable to open....very disappointing
