You must destroy the rifts where the monsters are coming from, each called a "Dark Gate." The hero Leo joins his ally Sandy on a mission to destroy the "Dark Gates". It is good, worth the price. The class system is ok (nothing too special, but it suffices), the combat can be tricky in certain fights, and the story is alright, being cool the idea of finding out more by playing multiple times with different party members. TIP: Make use of what the villagers on the houses tell you about classes strategies and how to deal with monsters.

Kinda FFV and FF tactics with a more active auto attack battle. That was a big piece to get used to, and you need to put commands in. A little sloppy in the execution, but the flow was fun. The jobs were fun to level up and utilize to create your ideal super character, though I wish they went more in depth with the classes. Otherwise, that part is the highlight of the game. Story is....not so in depth. Some side scenes to build characters and learn, but overall lacked the punch. Still fun!
