WorkMate is hassle free as it gives you easy check ins, address detection and step-by-step driving directions, improving your employee efficiency even when there is no network available!
Features:-
Start Working:- Using the Mobile application a field staff can start his work from an area along with GPS position. Time stamp and location would be captured from the mobile device and sent to the server.
Visits Check In:- This option will allow the executive to mark his visit (like appointments, sales, delivery etc.), as the app is location enabled which helps in giving a customer’s location too.
Visit Check Out:- Once the field staff checks out, a form pop up with the following options such as Customer’s Name, Comment and Take a Picture, will appear.
Add Client:- This option would allow you to create a customer location on the map with his/her details.
View Client:- This option will allow the employee to see details related to a customer/ customer location
