Simply Fleet is a free fleet management app for businesses to automate your fleet operations. If you have to manage your business' vehicles, machines, equipment and spare parts and you worry about their maintenance, expenses, mileage tracking and fuel efficiency, then you have come to the right place.
Simply Fleet is available as a web and mobile application, providing seamless integration between the two. Admins have the option to log into the web app on www.simplyfleet.app.
Simply Fleet is a complete vehicle management system. It is intuitive and easy to use. The app is a perfect companion for fleet managers, fleet owners and logistics operator. It serves as a vehicle maintenance tracker which can help you track, monitor and analyze your fleet’s fill-ups, services, expenses, maintenance reminders, vehicle inspections and inventory.
Our features:
Preventive Maintenance management: Log all the services done on the vehicle and also set up reminders for upcoming services based on miles or duration. Keep the health of your fleet in check and reduce your repair costs. Regular maintenance can help reduce operational costs of you entire fleet.
Vehicle Inspections: Perform detailed inspections from the app by creating customized inspection tasks and daily, weekly, monthly inspection forms. Inspections submitted can be viewed by the admin on the mobile app or the web app and also be printed for documentation.
Work Orders: Create scheduled and unscheduled work orders and assign to technicians. Monitor services performed in real time. Track hours spent per work order.
Inventory Management: Manage your fleet parts and supplies. You can track inventory across different warehouses. Technicians can consume inventory parts while working on work orders or services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock levels.
