Great app! I have only used the free app so far and just purchased the premium now, the app was great and got me into skipping again, especially the 5 mins daily jump. So if the free app was good, pro is gonna be great! Thanks for a great free app, and a solid pro app that doesn't break the bank either! Win win!

Im actually using it as a shower timer 😂 the beeps with the interval timer makes me stay alert and not dream into space. Every beep counts as a shower task such as soap hair and next beep is rinse and so on. Saves water and keeps me mentally clear. 5min 30s-30s

Es muy buena, la pagué y no me arrepiento, igual podrían agregar más ejercicios como pull UPS, australiana pull ups, pistol squad, entre otros.

Justamente o que eu precisava. O aplicativo é simples e funcional. Conta uma variação interessante de treinos com corda e possui sessões de alongamentos, além de um aquecimento rápido (este bem simples). O preço da versão pro é bem barato. Entretanto, é preciso considerar que o aplicativo será melhor aproveitado caso se tenha certa experiência com esse tipo de treino com corda.
