Dear Adventurers,
We are sorry to inform you that Rosetown Diary will cease operations at 8:00AM (UTC+2) on August 15th, 2021. This is a difficult decision we have to make.
We have had a memorable time with all the adventurers since Rosetown Diary was launched, and we sincerely thank you all for your continued support and love for Rosetown Diary.
With the help of dear adventurers, we have made numerous optimizations and adjustments to the game, hoping to make the game more enjoyable with each update. But unfortunately, despite our all efforts, we still fail to make the game reach a high enough standard to satisfy ourselves and our players. We would like to offer our apologies and farewell to all of you.
The shutdown arrangement is as follows.
1. At 8:00AM (UTC+2) on July 15th, 2021, in-game purchases will be disabled, and players will not be able to recharge in the game.
2. At 8:00AM (UTC+2) on July 22nd, 2021, the game will be removed from the app store, and the registration for new players will be closed.
3. At 8:00AM (UTC+2) on August 15th, 2021, all servers will be shut down and players will not be able to log in the game.
The refund arrangement is as follows.
For recharge orders generated after April 14th, 2021 (UTC+2), players can request a refund service from the App Store or Google Play (See App Store/Google Play’s Refund Policies for more information about your rights to return purchases for a refund.)
If you encounter any questions or difficulties in the process of requesting a refund, please contact us via the in-game customer service email address dairyrosetown@gmail.com. The Customer Service will be available until August 26th, 2021 (UTC+2), and refund request can be initiated before this time.
Finally, once again, we would like to express our gratitude to all players for playing this game and helping us improve with your feedback and suggestions. We will remember this joyful time forever!
