With NetSuite for Android 12.0.0, you can create customer notes when you are logged in to the App or offline. Creating notes offline enables you to take notes about any customer quickly and process it later. To create a note offline, tap the plus icon on the login screen, and then tap Notes. To attach an existing note to a customer, go to the list of customers, tap the context menu on the customer name, and then tap the note icon.
