This application is designed and developed by Osource (Osource Global Pvt. Ltd.). This mobile application is a part of Onex HRMS Service. Onex HRMS consists of business functions of Leave and Attendance. Out of these business functions, Osource has introduced employee centric business activities through mobile application to manage & track employee related activities such as apply leave, Approvals and Mark attendance with geo fencing and QR scanning. This app uses workflow defined in the ERP suite and routes the individual transactions to respective employees/associates.
Following are the key business features of the application:
1.Dashboard: user can view there Pending Approval, Birthdays and People search
2.Approval: Reporting managers will have an option to approve or reject their team’s requests such as Leave and Attendance.
3.People Search: This option allows all users to search for contact details of everyone working within organization.
4.Mark Attendance: OnexITC app having features of mark attendance with geo fencing (multiple entries) also user can mark department punch with QR scanning.
5.User can also login with SSO credentials to access the PIP portal.}
