needs more goal options. currently the minimum goal is 10 mins brisk walking per day. That's fine for a normal person who is just a bit inactive, but if you've been ill for a long time or someone who may be very unfit or over weight, that would be too much to start. Give some more easier goals.

Won't use data from Samsung Watch. It will only collect data from your phone. When I'm on the treadmill, I'm hardly going to have my phone in my hand!

Very good app but has it's own flaws. It misses a lot of brisk walks and sometimes doesn't record any steps at all. Although I have clocked over 6000 brisk walks, it has given me a 3000 brisk step award. It also does allow increy target to more than 50 minutes a day. It needs a lot of improvement, but it is definitely a good and incentivising app.

Great NHS exercise app. completely free to use. Just wish it also included your number of steps too.

Half the time I do a brisk walk the.app doesn't register that I have walked at all. UPDATE; I now have a new phone (Samsung A55) and a galaxy watch 7. I have connected Active 10 to Google fit (which is apparently meant to improve accuracy) however, although my brisk walking sessions do seem to get recorded now as I do them, if I look under "My Walk" it only ever shows my walk/s for that day - It never shows walks I have done the previous days or weeks.

really good at keeping track, but if you stop for a few days it resets back to zero.

App does everything it promises to and is definitely useful. I use it regularly to keep track of my walks. The missing star is because it assumes everyone using it is of a certain average body weight and type, so can't really be used effectively by anyone who's very overweight or under-fit.

Information for some days just disappears, so no longer shows any walking at all
