Muy chula ,tienes niveles de entrenamiento,tipo de principiante ,medio o avanzado y los ejercicios te hacen sudar para quemar calorías ,ademas hay intervalos de descanso ,lo cual esta bien,para no cansarse enseguida y tw da opcion de ppner musica desde la app y asi sea mas divertido.Además esta en Español .Lo malo que para que te hagan plan de dieta ,hay que pagar,pero es igual ,nos interesa hacer ejercicios . Muy buena,acabo de empezar con estos entrenamientos y de momento ninguna pega.
