I would give 5 stars but you can't add additional lifts like the ones already installed. Example: As a paid user, I added Lat Pull Downs and curls templates but it doesn't give you your 3 warm ups then the 5 sets. Also, the new templates won't increase 5lbs each workout. Would be perfect if I could use the existing templates with their warm ups and weight increases but change the exercises. update:Support contacted me 30 min later with a video on how to add warm ups and progressions! 5 stars!

At first the app worked great, so I purchased it. However, as of about 4 workouts ago, it started bugging out and now no longer records / tracks my main sets. Editing past workouts does nothing; when I look at my logged workouts it shows 0 completed sets and indicates that I lifted 0lbs total for all 5 main sets for all exercises, so the app has me stuck at the same weights and is now even deloading me to 3x5 and 1x5 workouts. Edit: I received no email from the dev, despite their reply below.

Easy to use, great app. I wish I could set a reminder sound for the timer alarm. For example, one sound at 1 minute, and another at 1.5 minutes.

this has a chance to be a great app but once the trial was over they made it so you can't change the weight of your workout. what's the point for tracking a workout if you can't manipulate the weights?
