It is not always easy to keep track of valuable assets; especially with outdated and tedious methods like pen and paper or spreadsheets. We also continue to see many systems that are either too complicated or too simple; this is why Scope Link Barcode Technologies decided to develop the Asset Trail app to help organizations gain full control over their assets management with modern and relevant features available in Asset Trail.
Asset Trail allows for the following asset management functions:
- Import your assets list, sites, locations and other existing data into Asset Trail to help speed up the asset tracking process
- Instantly Create or Edit assets on the go
- Take pictures of your assets as you Create or Edit them
- Define the designated locations and other relevant information of assets
- Keep track of loan and/or possessions of assets with the Check Out and Check In functions
- Track the movements of assets with the Move function to ensure all movements between sites and locations are recorded
- Perform daily, monthly, yearly Audits (StockTake) to ensure assets are in their designated locations where they’re supposed to be
- Backup and restore data at your fingertips. Ability to copy the backup files onto other devices to help streamline the management of assets
