What will you find in Adeslas?
- Consult your digital card and use it to identify yourself at the reception of your medical centre.
- Search for the nearest doctors and hospitals by specialism, test or treatment.
- Save your favourite clinics and hospitals.
- Request an appointment online and consult pending or completed appointments.
- Make appointments by telephone or video call.
- Look for and consult your closest emergency department.
- Receive medical advice by chat, video-consultation, telephone or email on general medicine, paediatrics and psycho-emotional matters.
- Complete your health profile to obtain personalised recommendations that will help you to improve your lifestyle.
- Activate free health plans on food, physical activity, chronic illnesses or family health.
- To monitor the most important indicators for your health, such as weight, blood pressure or glucose, among others.
- To monitor your daily activity. Mark your own objectives and excel yourself. Adeslas connects to Apple Health, through the API HealthKit, and other activity apps to perform an ongoing monitoring of your daily physical activity. Hence you can update the steps or kilometres of your challenge or commitment to see your daily progress, which will help you to become even more aware of your progress.
