Main Functions
• Simply add a number in app to save you from purchasing additional handsets or upgrading to dual-SIM handset
• Each number has its own interface with everything you need, including dialling, phonebook, messages, voicemail, and even a separate WhatsApp account
• Choose from daily/monthly plan flexibly! Simply register and use, it’s quick and easy!
• Each mobile number can add up to 4 numbers, including local mobile number and “Easy Number” Mainland Mobile Number
• Service is available to existing SmarTone mobile monthly plan customers
Charges:
• Daily Plan (No contract is required): HK$5 for each number (capped at HK$35 every 30 days).
• Monthly Plan (Contract Offer): HK$30 per month for each number (12 months contract).
Remarks:
• Usage of voice, data, messaging, IDD and roaming will be deducted from the main number’s service plan and any additional usage incurred will be charged to the monthly bill accordingly.
• Calls made by the mobile numbers under this service will incur voice usage and be counted as voice minutes.
• Calls made by fixed-line numbers under this service will be delivered by data and usage will incur data charges.
• This service is available for smartphones running Android™ 6.0 or above.

“Easy Number” Mainland Mobile Number
Easy and convenient. Immerse in hassle-free digital world of mainland!
• Simply enable in your mobile phone and upload documents to complete Real-name Registration, you can then use the mainland mobile number in 2 days
• Sign up for services and apps in mainland conveniently, e.g. confirmation SMS, transaction message, one-time passwords, etc
• Send/receive SMS and receive calls in mainland
• Apply for “Real-name Registration Certificate” in CARE App to bind with bank accounts, access mobile payment apps, call taxis with apps or shop online
• No SIM swaps required

Remarks:
• The scope and service applicability of Mainland Mobile Number depend on the network coverage and service terms of third party service providers. Please contact the respective service provider for details.
• The Service is only available for customer who has subscribed to the Company’s monthly mobile service plan with Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicant must be the account holder or the authorized user dedicated by the account holder, and must be aged 18 or above. If an account holder appoints any authorized user to manage the account under his/her monthly mobile service plan, the account holder will not be entitled to apply for the Service.
• Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number can be registered for one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated with one mainland mobile number.
• Roaming charges will apply according to the usage for receiving phone calls or sending/receiving SMS outside Hong Kong.
• This service can only send to dedicated mainland phone number (12306, 9xxxx, 106xxxxxx) and Hong Kong/Overseas mobile phone number.
• Customer must agree and comply with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for mainland mobile numbers. Customer is required to submit personal information, copy of Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (validity must be at least 3 months) and a recent photo of the applicant.
