Technogym presents MYCYCLING, the new solution that allows you to train at home with the dedicated App and training programmes specifically aimed to improve both indoor and outdoor performances.
Designed for fans of all cycling categories (road cycling, mountain biking, triathlon, etc), MYCYCLING is combined with a stable, light, and flexible product.
Main MYCYCLING features:
- TNT program
It’s a 18 weeks program, divided into three phases: construction, development and refinement. Each stage is composed by 6 blocks of 3 session per week.
- Help you discover your training threshold
Before starting TNT program and at the end of each stage, we recommend the execution of a new test to evaluate your progresses and plan the next phase.
The workloads are based on your threshold value.
- Improve the efficiency of your pedaling
The innovative system of pedals’ analysis, Pedal Printing, gives you a constant feedback on pedaling symmetry and roundness.
- Discover how to train without the bike
A series of floor exercises allow you to improve flexibility, stability and muscle relaxation, resulting in more efficient pedaling.
- Monitor daily your results
- Sync your experience
MYCYCLING App connect with your Garmin, Zwift or Strava account, to have a complete overview of your training data both indoor and outdoor.
- Set your own workout using the "Power" and "Slope" options.

The certified trainer you choose will be always at your disposal. He or she will prepare a personalized training plan according to your goals, will control your results and give you tips to get the most from your performances.
The subscription length is 1 month.
Your account will be charged for this subscription period the day it begins, and then for every further renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
This service will automatically renews until canceled, at least 24 hours before the end of the last month of activation.
To turn off the auto- renewal, please go to the in-app Account Settings and cancel the current purchase.
