Forgot the password and had trouble using password reset, but once I got past the reset things worked great

App is broken, can't place an online order. keeps asking for modifications that are not required or wanted. You have made online ordering an unbelievable nightmare. And the password reset doesn't work so now I'm locked out of my account. What a joke.

The rewards will not let you apply them for an online order. I cannot redeem my reward points.

Ordering was fine, but there should be an option to tell the store when you've arrived and what number you are parked at. When I called the store number, the person left me on hold and forgot about me. After 5 minutes holding, I walked in to find they weren't busy at all and had my food beginning to get cold.

It took 25 min to get a drink refill. The main course came out 15 min before the appetizer.

the app won't open half the time and when it does, not every location allows me to modify my burger.
