Tagalong is the major dialect. The entire Filipino language is based on this dialect. It is also the national language of the country. Ang Biblia translated into Tagalog is also referred to as the Filipino Holy bible and it contains all the chapters of the bible including the old testament and the new testament. The American Bible Society and the British and Foreign Bible Society published Tagalog Bible in 1902. This publication only contained the New Testament. However, in 1905 Tagalog Bible was completely published. This contained the content from both the old testament and the new testament. This version is called the Ang Biblia.
