I was recommended Gut hypnotherapy by a consultant after a hospital stay with long term gut issues. I now listen to the hypnotherapy every night and I can say I have been sleeping much better and I have also used it when I have a particular symptom like nausea or irregular gut rhythm and it really helps.

This has been the best decision for my health. I have struggled with IBS for decades and this app is the first thing to offer real help. It is helping me feel calmer and I love the symptom specific sessions as well as having options for a longer or shorter session depending on what I have time for in my schedule. Thank you.

I’ve had IBS and diverticulitis for several years. Sometimes the pain would be intense, almost unbearable. I didn’t think an app could make a difference - but it did! Jayne’s voice is calm, quiet and steady, and her visualizations work. It’s as if you can feel her taking you by the hand, leading you away from pain and fear, and back to health. Other sessions soothed my sleep issues and anxiety, and I’ve been able to wean myself off medication as a result. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot recommended this app enough! I can now go out on some days out without medication and it’s changing my life. It has improved my IBS anxiety symptoms so much.

I started using this app a couple of months ago and it has helped me so much. I have had IBS on and off for about 20 years and tried everything,with nothing really taking the pain and uncomfortable feeling away. Using the meditations in this app have opened me up to the power of the mind and the possibilities of self healing . You do have to put in the work and keep listening but it is worth it and will make you feel so much better, I wish I had found this years ago!

I am on day 9 of the IBS mind gut reset program and I am really enjoying the app. I have already noticed an improvement in my symptoms! I like the program feature as this gives me a clear structure of what to do when and I think I will continue to do all the programs set out first. I have also today created myself some playlists for example an ‘on the go’ for quick easy to listen to sessions and a bedtime one for sleep based hypnosis sessions. I am yet to discover all the different elements and keep finding new aspects, which I am keen to explore, such as the blog! I have also really enjoyed the affirmation section where I have focused on the anxiety based elements, I have never tried affirmations before but find them to be really helpful! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful resource!

I am so happy that I have found Jayne corner’s website and app. Her sessions have changed my life for the better and I just can’t say enough about them. I use a whole variety from hypnotherapy to meditation - all are useful.
