Idk why it needs second verification when you log-in and what makes it worst is that the additional verification is already outdated. It can only store your log-ins in a matter of time but it keeps going thru useless additional authentication.

It was the worst! Tried calling their CS it took almost 20minutes to get to them(previously tried calling them almost 20x but can’t get through!) and finally for the first time Ingot to talked to them they would say it will be processed remotely and they will send updates through email yet they did’t even ask the email! And When I verify my email I was asked to change it to their website since the email I dectitated isn’t the right which was odd because i didn’t changed email for your YEARS! I was lock out in the website because I don’t know what email they put!!!! The worst! I want a refund!!

called Customer service since we lost our connection for 4 days since Nov 11. Was told by the agent that she'll look for a supervisor but 3 hrs after got no one and she disconnected the call. Was waiting for a supervisor to call for 4 days now but did not received any call back.

potanginang company yan 5 days na yung issue, pinupush pa din sa customer service, nung cinontact customer service “wait for updates” lang nirereply ket pa 1 week na yung wait potanginaniyo

Just a suggestion. Please add a feature where you can save our credit card details when we want to pay via credit card because it’s a big hassle to always type down the same details.

I paid my account and debited to my bankaccount and it not posted. I went to my bank and they confirmed it. So wheres my payment go?????

They dont know what is going on why we hv outage. And they dont know the estimation day for it to be done. Keep on repeating them self complaint has been reported!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO RE TRAIN ALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL YOUR SERVICES RESPONSE

I already upgrade my plan from FiberX1500 300mbps to FiberX1699 TOD day 600mbps on day-time. But why does my internet connection is still slow and keeps disrupting my wfh? I keep on monitoring it based on ookla speed test but nothing changes. Different Plan but same speed? This is so frustrating! This has been affecting my job. The first year using your services was great not until i reached 2yrs. My plan is FiberX1500 for the first 2yrs reached 60mbps. But now that my plan is already FiberX1699 TOD Day-time i only got 30-38mbps? This is so stressful. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a long-term solution to ensure stable connection.
