I got money taken out of my account on Monday and today it’s saying I should subscribe again and when I try to it says toh are already subscribed but yet I can’t access the workouts so what’s the problem here

I just paid for a year subscription. I am locked out of the exercises except the first two. I can’t open the body tracker. My profile picture won’t upload. It needs to say 161.0 pounds not 161,0 pounds. I can’t send any feedback because an error comes up saying not a valid email address. I have logged out and back in. I don’t even want to give it a star.
