I took out my own contract from three, so I had to transfer my number back to three, and I have been locked out of the app and there is now way to trouble shoot it

Since I switched to this network I haven’t never truly been happy with their service… I’ve complained several times and nothing seems to improve. I’m feel regret and no value for my money

This is not a native app for iOS. It’s merely a web app wrapped in iOS. Difficult to use and intentionally vague. How did this ever pass through Apple review?

I am with three network more Then 17 years but now thinking to leave. Terrible service around the area low signals and not connecting to internet even from our town high street. Complaint many time but instead got better it is getting worst.

How on earth do 3 survive! My wife has been attempting to upgrade our daughter’s phone and monthly contract package with 3! In the first instance she was declined due to her alleged credit score. Having made additional enquiries directly with 3 customer services, we were informed that there was an IT issue that had caused this and that the credit score met the requirement. However, over the period that it took to get to this stage the package that we had chosen had expired! Even then we persist and look for an alternative package (even though we chose the original package as it was the best fit for us at that point!). Having gone through the same steps to input all of the information to progress an alternative solution AND having been assured that the IT issue had been resolved! We have failed yet another credit score check. We have independently checked the credit score concerned and it comes back as acceptable. Please 3! Get your systems updated so that they better support the needs of your potential customers. Fail with this and risk loosing customers. This is a ridiculous situation.
