It need more things like I should b ealbe to have more stuff on sleeping bc I don’t sleep well abd gearing the same w thing over and over donsnt help me sleep

I’ve had terrible insomnia due to depression and anxiety for years and I’ve tried medication and even some natural ways to fight it, but this sleep hypnosis is the only way I can fall asleep and stay asleep
