I unlocked all the titles for $20 bucks and this app has worked. With no problems on ALL my devises even when I’ve changed them , for years! I can’t say for certain if it actually works.But I know that I enjoy it very much. The background sounds are interchangeable . They’re soothing and help me relax and sleep. Before I fall asleep , I listen to the words , and they are VERY encouraging and positive so much so that I can’t see how it wouldn’t help, it certainly couldn’t hurt. It’s my favorite app that I’ve ever owned, and I have purchased many apps during the years.I literally have had this app for years and years! If ever you feel you need a pick me up this app is the best and most effeciant. Is cheaper than a therapist and takes up no time. Right before I go to sleep , I flip it on, putting what tracks I want to listen to then set it to continuous play, then I either set up a time I want to wake up or set it to sleep through and I shut off my iPad so that it plays without any lights on, and I set it and forget it. I figure, I can’t go wrong with the possibility of improving myself. And since it’s going on while I sleep,it’s not taking any extra time, money or effort, and helps me fall asleep, so WHY NOT?
