The easiest diet I’ve ever been on. And it works!! The food was great. It’s foods that the rest of your family can eat, too, even if they’re not dieting. These are foods that I was cooking and eating anyway, but not in combination. Try it!! You’ll be glad you did!

If nothing else, it’s become all too clear, that snack food like pretzels, chips and crackers are an enormous downfall for us. My weight loss isn’t at hyper speed but I’m losing and my clothes are starting to fit better.
