I have tried many of the weather apps, and this one is the best one. I like being able to see the radar, and get notifications for bad weather to prepare. This one is FREE and works amazing!

WOAI is my favorite channel to watch for news and weather, but I can’t say the same for the app. Navigation and features are great, but consistency between what you hear on TV and see an app can vary quite a bit. I’ve used it for several years, but honestly, I’m switching to a different local weather app.

Better weather forecast locally than other weather apps, but it runs very slowly and constantly kicks me off so I have to re-open the app. Also, it is not kept up-to-date. First thing in the morning, the forecast on the app is different from what the television forecast says. Fix this app so it doesn’t kick me off and I will raise the rating to 4 stars. Fix the app so that it says the same thing as the television forecast and I will raise my rating to five stars. Update: I have reduced the rating to two stars. Although I have set a location in Settings, most of the time when I open the app, it displays a map of the entire United states and I have to set my location all over again. this does not happen on my iPad. I have gone to the Help section in settings, and there is no way to report this or any other issue to the developer and get any kind of response. there is also no way to delete a location from the location list. Another update: I am really tempted to lower this writing to one star because I live in Wilson County in Lavernia. We are part of the San Antonio viewing area, and rarely if ever do they forecast the weather for our area or even mention Wilson County or any of the towns in it by name. it’s like they won’t even acknowledge that we are a part of their viewing area. They forecast the weather primarily for North San Antonio and the Hill country. They mentioned locations west of San Antonio and east of San Antonio but ignore anything south of San Antonio. Tell me why

Obvious using The Weather Channel for information. Biggest issue is how long it takes for the app to actually open and reveal what it has. I use The Weather Channel, AccuWeather free apps, they are very fast to open. This app needs a speed boost.
