Terrible app. Doesn’t work right to begin with, and every month that you open up your app to pay your bill, there’s another forced update through the App Store. And of course, nothing is fixed, the developers clearly are not handling the issues

This app never works properly! Heavens forbid if there’s more than one person paying on the bill because it won’t work. This app is glitchy and the company won’t do anything about it. Example the password is never correct even after changing it, when putting in you state for card info it say it’s invalid, and I have to type my card info four times before it works. DO BETTER!

The app used to work but since a recent update it’s basically useless. Forces me to sign in every time I open the app and will not work with Face ID, nor will it save username. I can’t pay over the app anymore either as every time I input my card information it changes the expiration date. Great idea, piss poor execution

So like what the heck every time I select the January date it changes it on its own and won’t allow me to put my card into the system

So I tried to change my password on the app, but I could not get an email through the app to change it. So I got on my computer and requested a change for the password and I was able to change it on the computer. In doing that I was able to login on my app on my phone. However, when I went to make a payment and try to enter my credit card information it would not allow me to put the correct expiration date for the card. My card expiration date is 12/26. The app kept putting in 11/26. No matter how many times I tried to change it it would not change. I did get it to enter the correct date by moving the year to 2027 and leave the month of December. However, when I went to make a payment, I noticed that it had 11/26 as the expiration date which would have not allowed me to make a payment, so I had to go through my computer to make a payment. There’s a lot of fine programmers out there that would be more than happy to help you guys out.

Barely useable. Not sure the purpose when it’s so completely awkward a glitchy. Web portal actually works better.

Forget City Utilities they are a joke but the only joke with power water and sewer so just take it!!!!!

Updates are horrible….. specifically paying with a new payment method. The app changes my expiration date. Has been this way for a weeek.
