>Step 4: Receive a score out of 5 that helps you see, based on your current habits and other factors, how your body will change in 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 10 years.
>Step 5: Based on what you see, return to the ‘challenges’ to identify what you need to adjust or improve today, so that you’re happy with your 10 year outlook and are aiming towards the healthy body you’ve always wanted! These become your life goals.
