An audio guide teaches you conscious breathing, which research has shown can reduce stress and increase your well-being. If we consciously breathe more calmly and deeper, it sends signals to the brain which reduce stress. Try to practise AntiStress every day. The AntiStress self-care programme is designed to prevent and reduce stress. AntiStress should be seen as a complement to other care programmes that reduce the amount of stress in your life. Appen är ok men varje gång när jag använder appen blir min iPhone varm och batteriet minskar kraftigt. Mobilen är den nyaste så det är ingenting fel med mobilen. Jag har försökt med en annan mobil och samma resultat.

Jag tycker om att appen inte är fokuserad på mindfullness som en prestation, något många andra appar är. Appen är rogivande att använda, det gäller inte bara ljuden utan även layouten. Det känns väldigt skönt att det inte är fokus på statistik och hur ”bra” man är på att meditera. Sådana prestationskrav har man redan tillräckligt av.

Was looking for a breathing app to help also with stress. I found this one annoying because the long silent introduction is irritatingly long waiting for the voice to come on and actually made more stress. I had chosen piano and wanted to change it as didn’t like it and couldn’t find a way to change this. I think it needs more features like a visible sign of how long to breathe in and then out. Maybe a counter in one corner. I couldn’t sinc my breathing with the voice at all. Having lived in Sweden I chose this app thinking it would be as fantastic as most good research there but really didn’t find this app attractive at all. Just some feedback for the developers. I hope you improve and add more features. Thanks

Efter första 5minuters övningen så kände jag att det var värt att lada ned dena app 👍👍Ps bra när man fastnat i plugget hema och är stressad

Very very veryyyy Recommended I love this app so much!! Go to conscious breathing then go to rest and sleep!! I’ve been so stressed and couldn’t sleep and very time this app puts me to sleep. It’s even good for school if you can’t go to sleep early enough I promise you this app will help‼️

So it’s pretty much just a journal with dates of ur stress, but I was laughing so hard because the voice that is for breathing exercises is so funny😂
