The MHC-app gives you the opportunity to simply and rapidly find information about rare diseases* and how these conditions might have an impact on oral health and orofacial function. The app is available in both English and Swedish. App Content • Rare diseases • Information about familiarization to dental care, 1000-learning • Advices about oral care for children Please observe that any advice or product information given in this application is based on Swedish recommendations and that you will have to check with your dental healthcare advisor what the recommendations are in your country. Latest updates In 2018, the MHC app got a whole new look with changed features. An arrow has been added for easier navigation and language settings are now in the app settings. More information about oral care for children is added. Besides tips about toothbrushing, dry mouth, blisters and sores, we added recommendations for respiratory problems, swallowing difficulties and acid reflux. We have also added information about some more rare diseases. The app will be updated continuously by Mun-H-Center. About Mun-H-Center Mun-H-Center is a Swedish orofacial (mouth and face) resource center for rare diseases and are part of the specialist dental care in the Public Dental Service in the Region Västra Götaland. *According to the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, a disease is defined as rare when it affects fewer than 100 individuals per million population and leads to a marked degree of disability.}
