BBVA para todos is a free app created and designed for users who are blind, with visual impairments or limited mobility. It shows them in real time where the nearest available BBVA ATMs are, plots the fastest and safest way to get there and helps them to use the ATM when they arrive.
BBVA para todos is packed with the latest technology and a pioneering tool in this sector that has managed to break down barriers which until now it seemed impossible to tear down, creating and providing opportunities for all.

How does it work?
You can interact with the app using voice commands and sound signals, using a haptic response from the device or by combining the two options. The steps are as follows:
1. You geolocate the nearest BBVA ATMs and select the one you want.
2. You choose the amount of money you’d like to take out.
3. You decide where you want to get it from, your card or account.
4. The app plots your route to the ATM on foot or by public transport.
5. Once you set off, the app guides you all along the way; whether you need to go straight on or turn off and how many steps there are in each stretch with no need for headphones.
6. The ATM beeps when you get close to it using the geolocation technology included.
7. Once you’re at the ATM it guides you step by step through what you have to do:
a. Insert your card.
b. Enter your PIN.
c. Take out your card.
d. Take out your cash.
8. It has a panic button in case someone takes the money without your permission.
Navigating through the app has been developed and designed so that the experience is as intuitive and accessible as possible. You have an audio guide that leads you through the app step by step. The app consists of few windows to make the whole process easier from when you make the reservation to withdraw the cash until you actually take it out of the ATM. In the case of blind people the screen is black all the time as they interact with the app through voice commands.}
