Requirements:
· Banking relationship with BBVA (Suiza) SA
· e-banking contract signed
· Internet connection
· Smartphone with Android OS as of version 5.1 or higher
· If your device is not compatible, remember that you also have access through BBVA e-banking website https://ebanking.bbva.ch/auth-avaloq/login
Login made easy:
· Login securely and conveniently and still use all functions, this is possible with Touch ID function and BBVA CH Access app. Find out more at bbva.ch on digital solutions section.
Security recommendations:
· Protect your mobile phone against unwanted access with screen lock
· Do not disclose password or any personal information. BBVA will never ask your for them unsolicited neither in the app nor by telephone, email or text message
