Satark mobile app is to capture inspections performed by TI and generate report for respective authorities for their comment and compliances/closure. with following functionalities : Station inspection (Casual, Detail, Night, Ambush etc.) ,Footplate Inspection, Brake Van Inspection ,Gate Inspection.
User Manual for operating above module is documented. App will be operational to three types of registered users i.e. SDOM in supervisory role, Traffic Inspector and Station superintendent. User ID will created by CRIS for role for the TI mobile APP with following details:
• User name
• Mobile No.
• E-mail Id
• User type (TI, DOM, SrDOM)
• Division
After first login of user on TI mobile app, user can update their respective user profile.
1. After Login The User Home Page will open and Select Inspection.
In User Home it contains :
✔ Station Inspection
✔ Footplate Inspection
✔ Footplate Record
✔ Brake Van Inspection
✔ Gate Inspection
✔ MIS Reports
✔ User Profile
✔ Verified Reports
2. Before Commencement of any Inspection, SATARK user have to provide location access by tapping on Get Loc and selecting The one of Station form Four Nearby Available Station on mobile to keep track of current location
3. TI have to fill the mandatory fields i.e. User Location
4. A List is shown on the basis of division mentioned and Tap On User Location text box .
Setup GEO location
Before Commencement of any Inspection, TI user have to provide location access by tapping on Get Loc. Nearest GEO locations (Based on Latitude and longitude of mobile location) will be listed for user to select. The one of Station form Four Nearby Available Station on mobile to keep track of current location User has to input reporting location’ user location’ also.
Note: User has to keep enabled mobile GPS location on to operate.

2. In Station Inspection Module TI will select a register and fill the register details and mark the inspection report by selecting option available e.g. YES/NO or by providing specific remarks.
Option of voice recording against remark field also provisioned for writing the remarks. User has to click on microphone option and speak instead of write.
3. Option for Final remarks at the end of every Register also provisioned.
4. TI shall upload image/ take picture from Mobile Camera and Tap on Save & Next button. Data will be saved and he/she can view all data which will be submitted by him.
5. TI shall skip any register and move to another register .
6. After completing all the details TI will do final submission for completion of inspection report.
7. For Inspection Reviewed by SDOM , TI shall give compliance .
8. For any of types of Station inspection performed by TI , the compliance shall be done by station superintendent of the inspected station. The above completed Inspection shall be available in SDOM level user for review under the Icon . It shall also available for station superintendent to provide the compliance for any of the remarks.}
