ZTeamwork - Enterprise Edition app is the mobile application designed for the supervisors who need to monitor the daily working hours that their group dedicates to each project/activity/job order/client.
The ZTeamwork app transforms tablets in a real tool for the daily management and evaluation of performance.
The working hours of every single employee can in fact be inserted by the supervisor at any time, even without Internet connection and, by immediately comparing the hours with the forecast budget, he/she can know the activity trend and the resources’ workload in real time and, in case of misalignments with what planned, can promptly intervene with corrective actions.
Once the worked hours have been inserted, they are then sent to the central ZTimesheet software, with which the ZTeamwork App is natively integrated, and from there to the administration office for time & attendance, payroll and accounting/invoicing purposes.
Everything in just one tool, always at hand.

Operational Notes
In order for the app to work properly, the company needs to purchase the ZTeamwork Enterprise Edition license and enable all employees before making them download the app from the store.
It is necessary to install:
- Zucchetti HR Portal’s 08.00.00 version (or higher) and
- ZTimesheet’s 08.00.07 version (or higher)
