ZTravel - Enterprise Edition Zucchetti simplifies the life of business travelers and optimizes all the business travel management processes.
Many useful functions for business travelers and for the corporate offices involved in travel management such as HR and Administration:
• request for a new trip and approval of the manager / company;
• entry of expenses and collection of supporting documents already during the business trip;
• dispatch of travel expenses to approve expense reports;
• real-time control of expenses and requests;
• deliver communications to people out of the company
• artificial intelligence for the automatic compilation of fields.
The ZTravel App is available for all companies that already use the ZTravel software for the management of transfers and expense reports. Thanks to the integration, the App offers the certainty of having all fields, rules and policies automatically aligned with the ZTravel software and automatic synchronization of data managed by mobile.
BUSINESS TRIPS
Creation, modification, cancellation and request for approval of a new trip will be ordered by approval status and departure date.
All the travel services requests (transport, hotel reservations, etc.), and the related prepaid costs and images of the documents issued, thus managing cash advances and accounting references, are in compliance with the company policy.
EXPENCE REPORTS
With the new OCR (Optical Character Recognition) function, inserting a new expense in the app is even faster!
Just take a photograph of the receipt and the artificial intelligence automatically recognizes and fills in the fields (amount, date, currency, VAT number, etc.), guaranteeing time savings and an even more immediate user experience.
Create, modify and cancel a new expense report and associate it with the related trip and check its approval status.
The travel expenses insertion takes place with the management of financial movements, the combination with credit card transactions, the indication of the descriptive details of the expense, the itinerary, the mileage reimbursements and the association of digital attachments and photographs taken directly from a mobile device
ELECTRONIC INVOICES
The user can immediately create a QR code to be shown at the time of payment for the correct issue of the invoice; through the QR code, the supplier data and electronic supply will be imported automatically!
Operational Notes
In order for the app to work properly, the company needs to purchase the ZTravel Enterprise Edition license and enable all employees before making them download the app from the store.
